This was our first time staying at any WoodSpring Hotel. When we checked in, they let us know that the front desk closes for 8pm - 10am the next day. That was a first for us at any hotel. They are available by phone call.
Also to note that the rooms do not carry any shampoos, soaps, conditioner, etc. - you can ask for these at the front desk when they are open. There is no hair dryer, ironing board, or safe in the room either. Since it is a suite room - they do have a kitchenette with a stove, sink, full fridge and microwave, but you have to bring plates, pots and pans, silverware, etc. or you can purchase these at the front desk. These are not provided in the room. Some of the annoyances are that the walls are paper thin. You can hear things happening in other rooms such as alarms, talking, flushing, and yes, “extra-curricular” activities (which we heard very clearly our 2nd night there).
Positives: they have a decent fitness room and you can also do your own laundry there. Also when staff was there - they were very friendly and helpful.
