It was the great location which is very accessible to key places like the malls nearby like Century City Mall and Powerplant Mall, though you would thought this is situated in the very vibrant place nearby Makati Ave and Poblacion but was able to tolerate due to we were assigned to one of their room in the 23rd floor so noise on the nearby lively streets at night was not bad luckily on our part being on the high floor.The staff were the ones that stood out mainly from their security guards, receptionists mainly Michelle who is very helpful on our concerns during our entire stay and most of all the housekeeping,maintenance & laundry staff that did took great care of our housekeeping and laundry needs when we need fresh linens and towels, maintenance guys for any troubleshoot needs to our room..these guys are awesome!Although the hotel needs a major renovation itself and needs to update their amenities with regards to their kitchen wares and equipments, wifi is not working on our room so have to end up purchasing a wifi device to get by during our stay or else we will be dead to unplug on our entire stay😩, requesting a more decent bedsheets rather than a crisp plain white bedsheet which reminds me of my work everytime I lay on my bed since I work in the hospital😅 instead of getting me the vacation vibe but was able to manage somehow as we were blessed to be surrounded with their great staff that has always a positive polite attitudes which make their guests stay wonderful!
