The front desk rep (Taejay) was rude with no customer service skills. He did not address me as a paying customer. Did not offer any info of amenities you get with your stay. Did not tell me about breakfast or WIFI access or times. He went right back to talking on the phone.
The room at first glance was clean. But the fixtures in my room were broken and the bathroom needed simple upgrades. The ceiling had brown spots on it over the shower indicating maybe some water damage. The hook to hang your towel on in back of the bathroom door was falling off so I couldn’t use it. I tried to adjust the shower head and found out it was loose and someone used scotch tape to secure it to the wall. The lights in the bathroom were dim and falling apart. Out of all the multiple outlets in the room, only two worked. Being on the 2nd floor facing the front was loud when cars drove by on the road. For the money it wasn’t worth it! Comfort Suites needs to do better!!
Please get a front desk agent that is knowledgeable and pleasant.
