Check-in was a very poor experience from the start. The front desk staff did not greet me or acknowledge me at all and was more focused on her cell phone than assisting guests, which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. One of the main reasons I booked (and paid extra for) this hotel was the indoor pool, since it was cold outside and I wanted my family to still be able to swim. Unfortunately, the pool was out of service and also appeared dirty and neglected, which completely defeated the purpose of choosing this location. The most concerning issue happened on the elevator when a screw fell from the ceiling and struck my daughter on the top of her head. We immediately reported this to staff, but no action was taken and our concern was dismissed, making the situation feel unsafe and not taken seriously. Overall, the lack of customer service, unavailable amenities, and safety issues made this stay extremely disappointing and not worth the cost.
