The rooms in the old part where the reception is located, in an old post-communist style, were very clean but lacked a shower. The reception staff was very helpful. A room change was arranged without any problems. The room in the new section was clean and had a shower. The hotel was spotless. The location wasn't ideal for families. The pool was an additional fee and far from the buildings. The pool looked more like a city hotel, not just for hotel guests.
We missed breakfast with the family the first day, but on the second day, we were met with an unpleasant experience. We chose the hotel primarily because of the dog. The description stated that the hotel was PET-FRIENDLY. Unfortunately, at breakfast, we discovered that we couldn't enter the restaurant with our well-behaved small dog, or even take food outside. The attitude of the restaurant staff was outrageous. They didn't try to find a solution and it was obvious they didn't care. However, the front desk responded with surprise when we complained, as guests with dogs were usually allowed to eat on the terrace. At the front desk, they received an explanation from the restaurant that there were still some managers at breakfast. This is outrageous. I paid an additional fee for the dog and also for breakfast, so I'm disappointed that the hotel didn't allow me to enjoy my meal in a pleasant atmosphere. Instead, we went with the family to eat at another place.
