The rooms were not cleaned to the standard appropriate for a four-star hotel. They didn't wash the room or change the bed linens at all. They were not even willing to send us towels once, claiming that there were none. The food was good, but everything was repeated at every meal.
All-inclusive is not really worth it - there is food until 5pm and then there is nothing. There is no minibar and not even bottles of water in the room - you only get them on the first day, which is a real joke. There is one bar where you have to stand in a long line to get a drink. In general, they don't have enough space to accommodate the number of people in the dining room either, and this requires waiting in line to get in more than once, no matter what time you arrive. In short - good location, good food that is repeated, everything else is not worth it. 3-star level and nothing more.
