Had to move rooms twice, due to excessive noise levels, loud guests in other rooms til nearly 2am, loud barking dogs in another room next to mine, and 3 other nearby guests’ rooms had to be moved also—front desk told me, due to excessive noise levels from dogs that are pets—not service animals. Pets (non-service animals) should be put on the same floor, for everyone that wants to listen to an all day bark-a-thon! Highly disturbing, had to leave the hotel to go get work done, because the guests with the loud barking dog(s) were not at the hotel—loud barking dog(s) left unattended. It makes no sense to accommodate one guest with a loud barking dog(s) and lose several other guests’ rooms (3 to 4) who will not have a great experience, and will likely check out early and leave bad reviews. Room was nice, AC unit was a bit loud, and the toilet in my first room did not work. Hotels should not be kennels for everyone ‘s pets, after all, how does the hotel know if a guests’ pets are well behaved or not? Major Policy Change needed!!
