When we arrived, the toilet and shower were filthy with brown streaks all over. The front desk said that they could not clean the room as it was too late, so we used the lobby toilet for the night and decided to figure it out in the morning. As we left in the morning, we let the front desk know that our bathroom was dirty, and they apologized and said that it would be cleaned while we were out. We arrived back that night to it never being cleaned. The front desk then sent someone up to clean it, but they only merely wiped down the outside of the toilet seat, and didn’t get any of the mess that was on the front of the seat or on the inside of the bowl. It’s overall not that big of a deal, but it seems like cleanliness was not a priority, and that made us uncomfortable on where cleanliness was compromised in other areas of our stay. I will also say that the music in the lobby is very loud and we could hear it in our room in 207, even though that room is not above the lobby. When asking the front desk if they could turn it down, they said they had no ability to and to simply turn on the AC to drown out the noise. Our room was cold enough and we did not need the AC, so instead we had to listen to loud music all night long, that sounded like someone was playing music right outside our window. Overall, I would not be back due to the lack of effort from the staff to address our concerns.
