Issue #1 - I brought my 2 small dogs so I had to pay a $200 deposit. When I got to my room I found what looked like pet stains, 4 of them, on the carpet and a spot by the door that looked like dried vomit. I immediately took pictures and informed the front desk. One of my dogs is white and she got so dirty from the room that I had to get her groomed after my visit.
Issue #2 - The toilet and sink where both severely cracked.
Issue #3 - This was a very minor issue but the remote for the TV didn't work. Had to wait for a new one.
Issue #4 - Parking was absolutely horrible.
After driving over 12 hours the only thing I wanted was a bed, didn't happen. The staff was nice but it would have been appreciated to have my pet deposit, or the $25 extra a night pet fee, to get comped. As a matter of fact even any kind of compensation would have been nice, all I got was "...sorry for your inconvenience...". How this place has a 9 star rating I'll never know.
I will not be using Hotels.com or visiting Western Village ever again.
