Sadly rather dissapointed here. Arrival and reception very good. However when trying to take a shower we found that getting into the bath was extremly difficult. Im 70 but still fairly active, the bath was a very high one because of the spa feature, and the width was very wide and everything was tiled - walls, floors and sink unit. We asked to change the room because of this and this cost €100 for 2 nights. When we had checked in we asked to eat in the restaurant and reception said they would need to check with chef that he had enough for 2 more. Chef must have said ok and so we went to dinner. We were served luke warm meat that looked like it had been in storage for a while. The rooms and hotel generally were cold, no heating was on. Final grip, after breakfast it was impossible to get a drink in the hotel until the bar opened about 4, no cold drink and no coffee etc.
On a positive the pool area was excellent and good parking with an EV charger
