The lighting in the room was too dim, not enough lighting. I like to have my breakfast in my room so I can get ready at the same time. A sign posted by dining room indicated I couldn’t take my breakfast to my room, that has never happened in other hotels I have stayed at all over the country and Europe!
I was on the second floor and my last two nights I could hear all the running around going on in the room above. It was none stop until around 11 pm!
Also, the only reason I booked this place was because it had an indoor hot tub, first thing that greeted me when I entered hotel was that their hot tub was not working and they didn’t know when it would be back in operation! The girls up front were very friendly and helpful.
