One of the worst nights of sleep I have ever had at a hotel. The AC unit in the room struggled to keep the room at a decent temperature. The main building hallways and lobby were extremely hot. The walls are paper thin - you can hear everything from hallway, lobby, outside and your neighbors next to, above and below you. It was so bad I had to turn on the bathroom fam, put towels along bottom of door into room to try to drown out the noise.
I was also quite disappointed when I completed online check in requesting a specific room and digital key to only have to check in when digital key wouldn’t load. Then I was given a completely different room than I had requested. The kicker was I literally stood at the front desk for several minutes before the employee decided to even loon at me, then never acknowledged the digital key issue nor did he acknowledge he was giving me a completely different room than I had checked into online. When I brought it up he said “oh, do you want a cookie?”
