When we folded out the couch to make up the bed for my son, there was still a crumb-covered, dirty fitted sheet on the bed and there were wrappers and a dirty pillowcase on the floor inside the couch. The couch mattress also still had firm plastic wrapped around it that was noisy when my son tried to sleep.
The bathroom did not have surfaces to hang or set things on, which was very difficult for four of us with toiletry bags and clothing we needed to hang up while taking a shower. A few hooks or a countertop / shelf that could hold items would have been very helpful.
Also, we were given an accessible room, and when we flipped on a light switch upon arrival, it set off a deafening alarm. I'm sure it was some kind of safety feature for the room, but the switch wasn't labeled in any way and was located inside the door to the room, so it was very frightening.
