I don’t typically write reviews but I will share the key points I wish I could see when traveling. This house is a Great location in proximity to stores, restaurants Disney etc…The stay overall was good for my family the house is nice and looks as good as the pictures all bedrooms are upstairs, the response and communication turn around time was reasonable. They accommodated early check in which was nice. The maintenance guy entered the house after we had checked in kinda off putting because our luggage was there while we ran to the store and came back to a truck in the driveway, as my husband approached the door the guy came out and said he was checking the water. We gave him the benefit of the doubt and attributed it to miscommunication with staff that they gave us early check in. I would give 5 stars if not for that encounter and one other thing that made the stay slightly less pleasant the bed in the main bedroom needs to be updated it had an odd slump towards the top to middle area. Other than that everything was great brand new appliances, clean house, rooms nice size, parking and check in was smooth. A nice screened in porch with pond view. Basic pool access. Walking trail. Gated community. Oh yeah last thing there is a deposit required in addition to the cost after booking. So be sure to follow check out rules of removing your trash and placing dishes in the dishwasher. All in all We would book again. Its a nice house and good experience. Thanks
