Very bad experience, DO NOT STAY HERE!! If i could i would give 0/5 stars.
We booked a room for four people, and it was so small we could barely fit. When we arrived there was no duvet on the bed, and when we asked they said they would give it to us the next Day…. When if finally arrived it was a used, dirty blanket and they absolutely refused to give us a duvet cover, even though there was one on the main bed so they obviously had them. We communicated this several times and they were rude and didn’t listen.
The host were difficult and uncomfortable to communicate with, the toilet wouldn’t flush at times and the closet was completely broken and unusable.
The aircondition was broken when we arrived. They did send a technician while we were out all Day, and when we came back our door was unlocked with a key in the keyhole. Anyone could have walked in and taken our valubles like passports etc, and it had been left like that all day… you also need permission to use the pool which they make difficult, and the people working there are not nice. There is no sunbeds that are in the sun at the pool, they are all in the shadow and they Get very mean if you try moving the chairs.
