I never write bad reviews and overall, the room and the bathroom were spacious and very clean and the bed was comfortable. But you had to have a key card to access the front desk so I had to ask another guest to let me in to check in. Then I waited 15 minutes at the empty front desk, I rang the bell and even phoned the hotel but it disconnected after one ring. Finally someone appeared and reluctantly checked me in. The walls were paper thin so there was a lot of traffic noise and I could hear everything from the rooms either side. The AC was blasting continuous freezing air no matter what temperature you put the thermostat on so I had to turn it off and then the room smelled like wet dog. The front desk was unmanned from 10pm to 9am each night so I had to take my car keys with me when I walked the dog in case my key card died and I had to sleep in my car! The parking lot and grass areas were very dark and nobody had picked up their dog poop so it was a minefield.
