The staff was nice. Check in/out was easy. The facility was clean and the water pressure on the third floor was good. Hot water was there when I needed--even on a Sunday at check out time. The provisions were sufficient for the price paid: coffee in the lobby, extra TP, shampoo & soap, etc.
The two main "imperfections" (hence, not a perfect score) I noticed is that the beds are squeaky. Mine and the couple upstairs during night time activities. Actually, based on the squeaks, the night time activities bled into the daytime hours, too. I don't mind that so much, but if you are travelling here with children, be prepared for questions.
Check out time is 11am. On my day of check out, the cleaning lady knocked on the door around 10:15am "to make sure we were checking out today". Then I got the stink eye for clearly not being dressed to leave at that moment. The rest of the cleaning crew were nice and friendly, though, because there was a few times I was caught in the elevator with them.
This place is good value. They are lower priced so I'm sure they are aware of the "imperfections" I noticed. I would stay here again. I do have to mention that there is a Freddy's, Mesquite Fresh Mex, Starbucks and Tractor Supply within walking distance. That made everything convenient to avoid doordashing anything. :)
