Cleaning is terrible. My sister accidentaly dropped coffee in the room on the first day and we had to ask 3 times during 2 days to have the room cleaned. Second day, When I asked to the recepcionist in the evening that the room whas not cleaned, she told me she cold not do anithing and she had nothing to do with that (sic). How do you say this to your guest? If I she could not help me so who should?? Besides the cleaning is every 3 days! How is possible to be in 3 people in a room in a beach hotel, which is supposed to be dirtier than usual, be cleaned in a frequency of 3 days! Until the thrid there was a huge death bug at the corritor when I arrived and it was there until the day I left, as I was there for 5 days! Which means it was not cleaned at all.
Breakfast is very limited, only 2 people per room, others have to pay for it. Acoustic is bad, I hear everything people are doing in the other room, so not easy to rest.
Rooms are large and beds comfortable, but that is it.
No hotel should have basic problems like that, no matter the cost. For the price it does not whort it, to expensive for what it offers. I belive it is possible to find better hotels for the same price.
