I booked for a senior suite. I was placed in a junior suite because even though I had already paid they double booked it and gave it to someone else. I was upset, but they said I’ll be refunded for the difference. I reached out several time to the property, to Expedia and they weren’t able to help. Even tho I was given a receipt with the amount to be refunded. Now I am filling a claim with my bank. Additionally, the food was terrible, they only have one iron on the entire property which I needed and they came back to take it whenever someone else needed it. The receptionist was rude. bathroom was not equipped with shampoo, conditioner or body wash. The bidet in the bathroom was broken so was the toilet and I would not used it my entire time on the property.
