Modern looking place. Rooms are comfortable with full sized fridge, microwave and cook top. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's on a great location. Highly recommend!

The room was way more and nicer than expected! I was very, very happy! Only small issue was that I could not check in until 3:30 the day of check in. The hostess said the rooms weren't quite ready. She was nice though.

Lots of people staying here as permanent housing, so you essentially feel like your borrowing someone's government funded studio apartment. Everyone seems to have a lap dog and be constantly cooking curry. Also means you have a hot plate, full sized fridge, and full sized microwave in your room if that's a perk for you.

This place is HORRIBLE. Bad animal smell throughout the hotel, No iron, No hair dryer, No shampoo in rooms. Very very dirty room floors, sticky and laminated wood floors. Headboard is made of floor tiles. Will not at all recommend even for a day.

Room doesn’t have simply iron in the room no mirror except in the restroom no coffee maker . All night was so loud that we didn’t sleep all night didn’t enjoy our stay at all.

General manager was rude and non accommodating. We were overcharged for pets. Room was dirty, refrigerator in room was broken. Garbage in parking lot. We will never stay here again and will advise local visitors to avoid it at all costs. For the price we were charged, could have had a far better experience at a Marriott hotel.

I honestly would not recommend for a dog staying at hotel. It is not well maintained the halls have leaky floors. It smells down the hallway the rooms do not smell that great either the beds are uncomfortable. Yeah I try to give that a second chance I honestly would not. Ever return.

Well, to begin with the rooms they smell bad the beds are not that well maintained the kitchen cabinets are sticky and dirty. Going out of the building. It smells like complete alcohol and then of course you find vomit right outside of the door. Yeah I will not be returning.

Unfortunately, this after a decent stay a year ago at this hotel. Upon arrival(Friday October 2), front desk was overwhelmed with the amount of check-ins , and then everyone had to be given a roll of toilet paper. This was housekeeping was extremely short staffed and may not have put a roll in every room.The front desk person had to go personally check my before I could to see if it was clean or not. When I finally went to the room, I did my own inspection and found several open bottles of vodka in the freezer. When I arrived (Saturday October 3) I wanted to warm up my food the microwave tripped a breaker several time. Told the, asked about being able to use another microwave and there wasn't one available anywhere ( bolt one down in the lobby) the front desk person only said she would put in a maintenance request. So yeah I went to get some other food because I couldn't warm up the foodbe I already had . Nothing will be done, just wanted to share this experience. Considering I was planning on its a toss up on still doing it or going s omewhere else.booking the same hotel in a few weeks.

What stay? they accepted my reservation, that also acknowledged my reservation when I got there, via phone call because there was nobody in the front desk But when I called they said it was an error That they had no rooms available. uber charged me $115 dlrs to get there from the airport only to find out that they didn’t have any rooms available. Also it was very difficult to find an uber that wanted to go there to pick us up, when we finally got one he said they dont like to go there because it has bad reputation. I need reimbursement and an apology.

This is a bare bones hotel. There is nothing provided in the room except a bar of soap and a few towels. Good thing we brought our own shampoo and conditioner. There were not even and curtains and the blinds were broken in our room (they were missing the turning rod you use to close them) The staff is also not onsite 24/7 which was a first - I have never seen this at a hotel.

For the price it was okay. Downside is we arrived twenty minutes before the 3pm check in time and the receptionist would not allow us to. Even after I explained we needed to be at the funeral home 3pm and still said no. Not very friendly. Also, my Uncle accidentally used his key card on the wrong room, and it shockingly the key card worked. I then went to their room and my key card worked on their room. That is awfully scary!!
