we arrived at 11:30PM , took us approx 25 minutes to check in ( 2 rooms ) ' only to find out that the rooms we booked were not available ( stay tuned - we booked more than 10 weeks back , and requested a superior room with a king-size bed, we were later told that hotel prioritizes requests from direct booking guests , we booked through Hotels.com ) . Room service was also a joke , by 3PM , our rooms were not serviced ...
Front desk staff , were arrogant.
it's a pity since this is a Radison , and a relatively new facility.
need to also keep in mind that the hotel is far from city center ...
I do have to complement the breakfast buffet. It was very good .
But for us it was a threesome visit (first time, last time and once too much)
