Overall, the hotel was okay — some good points, but a few things really let it down.
Breakfast was nice enough, with limited options but still decent. The room itself was clean, bright, and felt spacious, which we really appreciated.
However, avoid rooms on the south side. They face a pizza place and a nightclub that play loud music until around 2am, and it made sleeping impossible. We eventually had to ask to be moved because the noise was such a problem.
The staff were polite but not particularly helpful. We ended up losing almost two hours of our holiday moving all our belongings to another apartment, and no one offered to help with luggage. What made it worse was that when we mentioned the noise — without even saying our room number — the staff immediately said, “Ah, you’re in 405 or 406?” Clearly this is an ongoing issue they already know about.
We also asked if we could come back later to move our things as we were meeting family on the beach, but were told no — if we wanted to switch rooms, it had to be done immediately.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but the noise problem and lack of support from staff really affected our stay.
