Great location, so very convenient. However, the reasons I am giving the accommodation a 3/5 are three-fold. First, upon arrival the room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was a coffee stain on the table; crumbs of food in the fridge; and small pieces of trash on the carpet next to the kitchen counter. Second, the first night we had a miserable nights sleep because there was a motion detector light in front of the sleeping area, so every time we moved (or even coughed), multiple bright lights came on. Imagine this happening twenty times throughout the night. The next day when I tried to get help with the issue via the webcam help desk it didn’t go as smoothly and quickly as one would help. Then lastly, we booked the sauna/onsen and were informed to meet up in the lobby ten minutes before our booking. A couple of minutes after our booking we decided to contact the webcam receptionist since no one showed up. If we didn’t do this, it seems like we were completely forgotten.
