The hotel itself was beautiful with brand new furniture, brand new floors, etc.
the problem is….. it’s function as a Hotel was very poor!
The water pressure in the shower was basically a trickle, there were only two bath towels… no hand towel, no wash cloths, and no bathmat towel to keep from slipping on the bathroom floor.
the bottle of water for the coffee maker was not replaced. I picked up the phone on the nightstand to call the front desk and no one answered
The purpose of being a hotel is to FUNCTION like a hotel not just LOOK like a hotel.
I will not be staying there again on my next trip to Querétaro!!!
El hotel en sí era hermoso con muebles nuevos, pisos nuevos, etc. el problema es que su función como hotel era muy pobre. La presión del agua en la ducha era básicamente un hilito, solo había dos toallas de baño, no había toallas de mano, toallas de mano ni toallitas ni alfombra de baño para evitar resbalones en el piso del baño
La botella de agua para la cafetera no fue reemplazada.
Cuando llamé a la recepción, nadie contestó.
No volveré a alojarme allí cuando en Querétaro
