We booked this property because it was advertised as being in Nessebar, with the map showing a central location and attractions within walking distance. This is misleading. The property is actually in Ravda, about 6.5 km from Nessebar Old Town. When we raised this, the host insisted it was only 1.5 km away. We specifically chose this property for its advertised location, so this was very disappointing.
The listing also advertises free Wi-Fi, but despite being given passwords for three different networks, none of them worked during our stay.
Parking was the biggest frustration. Although parking is advertised, it came with unreasonable conditions. Another family was given priority, and we were repeatedly asked to move our car so they could leave at 7–8 a.m. every day. We were travelling with children too, yet our plans were expected to revolve around another guest’s schedule, even after the host knew we were celebrating a birthday the night before. If parking is so limited and conditional, it should not be advertised as an amenity.
The apartment itself was clean, although the bedroom would benefit from a second air conditioner. I would recommend this property only if you specifically want to stay in Ravda. If you’re booking because you believe it’s in Nessebar, as the listing suggests, expect to be disappointed.
