Find somewhere else. Seriously.
I booked what was supposed to be the most luxurious and high-end room available—top tier, premium price—and honestly, the experience was incredibly disappointing. The room was loud. Not just city-noise loud, but thin-walls-and-shared-ventilation loud. We could clearly hear a couple having an extremely personal moment from down the hall through our vents. That’s not luxury. That’s unacceptable.
I’m not someone who nitpicks, but when you pay this kind of money, you expect basic peace, privacy, and professionalism. Instead, the room felt subpar at best—definitely not worth the price tag.
Room service was another disaster. It took over three hours to arrive, and when it finally did, the food was cold, tasted stale, and clearly had been sitting around for a while. We tried calling the front desk multiple times, only to be put on hold and then disconnected. The app? Equally frustrating—every message would go to a different rep, and we’d have to start from scratch each time. After two hours, they informed us they couldn't even find our $120+ order and had to restart it from zero.
The final blow? We left a day early because it just wasn’t worth staying. Tried to cancel the second night, but were told the “VIP” or “deluxe” rooms are non-refundable, no matter what. For a stay that failed on so many fronts, that's a tough policy to stand behind.
