- Poor service, whatever you will ask for they cannot provide. If they can you will have to ask multiple times for it. An hour late check-out, an extra card for the room, new batteries to the AC-remote - No No No
- Food at the restaurant is crap. Breakfast was actually so bad that we skipped it despite being free of charge and ate it in the town instead.
- Room is not what you see in the pictures when you book. Our "Balcony" was om the bottom floor and literally the only thing you could see from it was the neighbours white moldy wall 2-3 meters away. Being wi5hout any sunlight at all it was also a Mosquito paradise, making it completely impossible to stay our there. The housekeeper also let them in during cleaning, so the entire was also filled with mosquitos. In the bathroom a part of the wall was filled with plaster bagworms. The drain in the shower barely worked and flooded the bathroom.
- We woke up around 7 am every morning against our woll because of the neighbours and their kids playing indians and cowboys in the hallway for hours.
Do yourself a service and just stay away from this hotel.
