So many problems! They don't do early check-ins, and there is nowhere to keep your luggage before check-in or after check-out times. The unit was dingy and dirty looking. Also there was no hot water in the kitchen or bathroom! Called the number as this is a remotely managed rental property (no front desk), and they said the hot water had been out for the whole building for days. Yet they let us check in and assumed we would be OK with having no hot water???? So we took cold showers and the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Housekeeping left barely any coffee for the Keurig, and only 3 bath towels for our 4-day stay for 2 people. It was noted in writing that housekeeping would only come if we paid an additional fee.
After calling to complain about the hot water situation, they said they would contact the building manager and get an update on when hot water would be restored, and call me back. They never called back all day, so we gave up and had to book another hotel. Will be disputing the charges for our 4 day stay because not having hot water is unacceptable!
