The spa was closed for the entire duration of our stay. The microwave, fridge, and lights in the guest toilets and the second bedroom ensuite were not working. When I escalated these issues, staff assured me they would be fixed the next day, but nothing was done.
I ordered food through the kitchen service, but the order was sent to another room by their own error. After I cancelled it, food was still delivered to our room at 11 p.m. This reflects very poor communication within the hotel.
I will never visit this hotel again. The staff were unprofessional, and one staff member even asked my husband for money, which was completely unacceptable. While the rooms look nice, many facilities are fa
