Great hotel location, corner room size was very good and as represented, Austin was great at check-in. Issues:
1. Entry lights upon opening door were burned out. Put in request at front desk about 8:30 am, returned at 5:00 pm and no replacement. Had to go back down to desk with a light bulb & ask for replacements, then called maintenance to replace for us.
2. Needed towel change. Put in request about 9:30 am with front desk, no towels when returned around 5:00pm. Had to go to housekeeping room near elevator to obtain towels.
3. No recycling options for empty water bottles or any other recyclables in room.
4. Breakfast options poor. Need larger variety to include waffles, pancakes or french toast, variety of breads and muffins, salsa and cheese to add to scrambled eggs, etc.
5. Booth seat in bar eating area very uncomfortable, springs in booth seat broken.
6. Poor service at check out. Only one person at front desk and she was helping as concierge. Other person was across the lobby and I waited almost 10 minutes before she came over to help me.
