The hotel is a hotel of opposites, some excellent attributes and some not so great
The front desk is 5 star, very responsive. They also text you asking if the room is ok, and if you need anything. For made service, when I had the come back later sign, they texted and asked if/when I wanted the room clean with times they could clean or if I needed clean towels. Valet service was also quick and easy
The rooms and infrastructure, although updated still feels dated. My and most rooms open up to outside. The bathroom (in my room), is not heated. That is the heater blows heat in the main room does not blow heat in the bathroom so when getting out of the shower the floor and bathroom is cold. Also, the heat/thermostat in my room was not working. It was New Years Eve, and while they tried to fix it, the guy on call also called a supervisor and video called him to try to fix it a positive) it needed a new thermostat that could not be obtained to the next day.
Maid service was above average, however one day they left my door open.
