Hotel was fine. Problem was reservation management. I booked a room in mycar on way to hotel and paid for it as I had no plan tk cancel or change and when I got there 30 minutes later I found out that I hit the wrong date. I booked it for the following night. Receptionist was no help. I called Hotels.com they said they had to get Rodeway in reservations to change the date to current night. They refused to change it. I then had to pay for another night. They are that desperate. Hotel.com said they would request a refund. Rodeway Inn again refused to issue a refund.
What pitiful customer service for a simple mistake and can't believe they are that desperate to steal $100 from me. I will never stay at another Rodeway Inn. or use Hotel.com ever again. I have used Hotel.com for years but now that Expedia bought them out they suck.
