Sorry your stay wasn't ideal. What didn't go well - room, staff, amenities, or something else?…
Let’s start with the fact that the hotel doesn’t exist anymore. We arrived at the address given I need to find it all locked up and another couple waiting to enter as well. Couldn’t contact the hotel as they were not answering their phone. It was disconnected couldn’t contact hotels.com as it just kept using a virtual assistant. That would only take you back to the booking. Basically left to fend for ourselves and rebook alternative accommodation at a moment notice in a foreign country where we don’t speak the language. Won’t be using this company again to book anything expected better from a company associated with expedia.com. Expect a full refund immediately or this matter will go through our credit card company for a section 75 refund.
