Soo many issues state of the room wasnt great bathroom door was broke room was very run down to having my children kept up til 2 am cuz of ppl partying and blasting music to the point walls were shaking and staff did nothing, to walking to get breakfast in the morning signs all down the main hallway about swingers sex stuff( I had my 13 year old w me me made him super uncomfortable) to buckets of jello shooters just sitting in the hallway for a child to potentially get into luckily I was w them the whole time but concern for other parents, to qnd lastly super gross packing uo to go and a huge cockroach was on the desk(I killed it put it in w the cards) when stating how disgusting tht is was brushed off refused a refund contacted customer service and they lied said they didnt know anything about any issues what a joke of a place! If they choose to do the right thing in this situation and remedy the situation by issuing a refund and work on the conditions of their room I will gladly change my opinion take down this review but throughly disgusted w my stay so hopefully this will finally get a manager to do something about this I have photo proof as well as to just how massive this cochroach was had to dry all our bags once home just to make sure none followed me
