We checked in on Thursday. We were out on the 7th floor where construction was going on for the pool right outside our window( and 1 of 3 elevators was down. Friday( all 3 elevators were down. We are 62 and 72 and complained to front desk and he said “take it slow” going up stairs. Ten hours later we returned and all elevators were still down. Asked front desk if they were doing anything for guests due to the inconvenience. The guy said “what do you want us to do? Do you want to speak to the manager?” I said “no. If that is how you are treating customers about this, then that’s my answer.” Not one time did anyone say “I’m so sorry for the inconvenience or offer to discount the rate or offer any kind of comp. Terrible customer service.
