To Whom It May Concern,
On March 15, my husband and I stayed at Hampton. At check-in, we specifically requested a room on the top floor because we wanted to avoid noise and disturbances from other guests.
Up until midnight, our stay was pleasant. However, shortly after midnight we began hearing loud voices coming from the floor above us. At first, we tried to ignore the noise, but it gradually became louder.
My husband called the front desk and spoke with Crystal, who stated she would go upstairs to address the issue. While my husband was in the lobby, I also called the front desk and spoke with Crystal. She informed me that she had already gone upstairs and did not hear any noise. During the call, however, the noise continued and became even louder. I asked if there was security available who could go upstairs and address the situation, and she advised that there was no security on duty.
At that point, it felt as though our concerns were not being taken seriously. My husband began recording the noise from our room as documentation. The disturbance continued until after 2:00 a.m., which is when we were finally able to fall asleep.
My husband left the room at approximately 5:50 a.m. Shortly afterward, I began hearing very loud footsteps above our room that lasted for quite some time. Because of the continued noise, I felt I had no choice but to get up and start my day.
In our opinion, it would be beneficial for the hotel to have some form of security. Kolovos'
