We left after one night because there were so many issues.
We were told that there was a 24/7 doorman. All 3 times we tried to get back into the block, there has been no doorman and we had to wait for a resident to open the door. The actual apartment door doesn’t lock unless you slam it incredibly hard because the lock mechanism is very loose on the door. There are also only one set of keys. There are ants in the kitchen, the hallway and in the bathroom, which is concerning. The entire apartment smells of mildew and the floor is sagging and spongy in the master bedroom, presumably from water damage. The toilets were not clean when we arrived. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable and the windows are not insulated, making for poor temperature control and a lot of noise.
The heater in the bathroom has a short and shocked me TWICE.
All of this was relayed to “customer service”, who proceeded to have me talk to 4 different people before ultimately ghosting me.
I would never recommend staying here.
