Do better.
The front desk tried to charge us a pet fee for a service animal. She said I’m not gonna argue with you. I won’t charge you the pet fee, but my manager said to charge you a pet fee. The funny thing is I wasn’t arguing with her. She was raising her voice at me.The front desk also had a child up there with her and the child kept interrupting when I was trying to talk to saying mom mom I’m hungry mom mom can you help me with this mom mom can you help me with that it was ridiculous if she can’t find a babysitter for the kid then maybe she doesn’t need to work at a job where she has to bring the kid.
When we got to the room, the TV was on which is never happened. And the heater was on. It was 80° in Texas heat. It took us hours to get it down to an acceptable temperature just so we could try to go to sleep. In the bathroom around the toilet was disgusting. It had pubic hair everywhere. The only reason why I gave the service a two star is the gentleman in the morning with breakfast was very kind and accommodating. He was the only thing good about our stay.
