I was on a very long road trip in an electric vehicle and chose this hotel because they advertised being pet friendly and having an electric car charging. They were indeed pet friendly, and the hotel was clean and staff was nice. But upon check-in, I was told "the hotel chose not to participate in a network update for our car charger so it doesn't work now". This was extremely frustrating as my booking through Hotels.com was nonrefundable, and I had to drive to a car charger further into the city and back, which cost me well over an hour when I was exhausted. I had done my research, but both Hotels.com and moonrise was allowing advertising of something they didn't have.
