Truthfully, I debated raising the score, but I just couldn't, due to a lack of problem solving. There were two teams staying in the hotel, we were not a part of either. As a full paying guest, these teams over run the hotel and I feel that as a hotel there should be plans in place. Circle the pool and make sure things are not out of control(they were and made it dangerous to be in the pool), circle the hallways and make sure things are not out of control(they were) etc. A suggestion would be to have a Team Manager be in contact with the Manager on Duty and have a central person they can contact when things are out of hand. On two occasions, I personally had to ask the kids to stop misbehaving as they were making the pool dangerous place for my young children to swim. In fact my youngest refused to go in the pool the next day because of how uncomfortable these kids made him. The kids were throwing hotel equipment into the pool, going down the slide with it, it was ridiculous. Occasionally a parent would check in, but for the most part they were unsupervised, or "supervised" by one parent for 8-10 kids at a time. When brought to the managers attention, she was kind and empathetic to us, but her response of there's not much we can do and to come during the week when it is quiet are absurd. I have weekends off and wanted to take my kids on an adventure away. Why should I have to take days off work to avoid kids being disrespectful and a hotel not doing anything about it.
