The hotel itself was good - everyone was very polite, it was easy to access, room easy to access and was as expected. Our only complaint was that our room faced the parking lot, which meant there was a lot of light coming in through the window. Normally, the curtains can block out the light, but the curtains were sheer, so all the light came in the room. The heavier curtains were on the outside of the curtains for aesthetics, but could not be moved, so there was light coming in all night. Needless to say, we did not sleep well. I don't know if all the rooms facing the parking lot had this same concern, but this needs to be addressed for other customers.
