**Noisy, messy booking management and bedbugs**
Upon arrival (around 21:00), the code I'd been given for the door didn't work, and I had to try several attempts to get in touch through the contact number. The code had been changed because the room I'd been assigned had been given to another guest who had wished to change rooms due to bedbugs.
I was granted a new, similar room, which I found to be not cleaned.
Then, I was granted the room that the guest mentioned above had previously stayed in - the one with bedbugs. I refused it.
Then, I was offered a regular capsule (I'd booked superior), which I accepted due to the late hour (at this point 21:30). The capsule was fine in itself, but the sliding system for the capsule doors and beeping sounds from the locks were quite noisy in a hall with eight capsules. And - importantly - the air conditioning system (unfortunately not beneficial for the air in the capsule during the night) was so loud is was impossible to sleep without earplugs.
In conclusion: Do not book this hostel!
P.s. I asked for a refund for the change in price due to the downgrade. I ended up being offered the money in cash, after which communication with the contact person died out, and I had to leave with the issue unresolved.
