By far THE WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in, & have stayed in 300 or so in N America, UK & Europe. Safe doesn’t lock, backed-up plumbing (already like that when I arrived) even after their plumber ‘fixed it,’ WiFi off & on (& think hack was attempted), elevator button didn’t work so elevator didn’t come, at bedside had to unplug lamp to charge phone, low water pressure in shower couldn’t get soap out of my hair-worst of all staff made it clear THEY DO NOT CARE! Don’t bother to call front desk cuz they don’t answer! I had broken foot & when asked what to do for toilet issue I was told to go from my 3rd floor room to lobby then up a flight of stairs. If u don’t drink tea or coffee good luck, I bought a soda elsewhere but had to wait 15 minutes in their ‘cafe’ for to-go cup 1/2 full of ice, also needed ice for swelling in foot (join us in 21st century & provide ice). Were even more problems. Chose it for location by Euston but access is blocked & staff thought me & my broken foot should walk alone at nite thru deserted maze thru construction zone. (I’m female & in my 60’s). Did I mention THEY DO NOT CARE? They were given chances to address all these issues but couldn’t b bothered cuz THEY DON’T CARE! Why their rating is ‘good’ is a mystery! One final thing: THEY DO NOT CARE!!! FYI: I have videos of every 1 of these problems…but of course they don’t care.
