Not Worth the Money ā Would Not Recommend
I stayed on the Lady Hamilton side in a Signature Level Bungalow, and while a few staff members were exceptional, the overall experience was extremely disappointing.
First, major appreciation for three incredible employees:
⢠Chris Brown (driver): made me feel safe at all times and stayed close to make sure I was in the right areas. His energy, professionalism, and care were unmatched.
⢠Rayon Burnes and Willas Mullings (spa): thoughtful, welcoming, and made the spa the only relaxing part of this trip.
Unfortunately, the resort itself didnāt live up to the Signature Level branding.
⢠The suite was outdated, with heavy condensation on the windows from the moment I arrived ā it stayed that way the entire trip.
⢠Housekeeping removed dirty dishes Saturday morning but left them sitting outside my room all day until 10:30 p.m., despite six calls, and the bones from those dishes were left until Monday morning, attracting stray cats and being completely ignored.
⢠Even with repeated complaints, management never showed up or contacted me to resolve anything.
⢠Room service was poor. No clean washcloths, sink untouched, and a male staff member came to my room at 11:45 p.m. for turn-down service, waking me from sleep. I spoke to him through the door and didnāt open it.
⢠The beach was covered in seaweed, including the Signature Level section. I saw a half-filled plastic bag just left there ā like someone gave up halfway through cleaning.
⢠Beach chairs were stained and very worn.
