Worst experience ever - all bad reviews are TRUE
It was TERRIBLE.
Number 1- they charge you a deposit from 25$-75$ upon arrival that is not disclosed online,
Number 2- the pool is not open. It shows a clean, blue, open pool online. In person is what appears to be a sess pool of green slime that is covered by a black tarp & rocks. If you call ahead they say itās open,
Number 2- the rooms are horrendous. The lights donāt work, tv doesnāt work, air conditioning doesnāt work, showers are dirty and donāt work. The owner intentionally gives you dirty stained towels & bed linens. Charges you the deposit, then REFUSES to refund it because ā-youāll never guessā- your towels & linens are stained,
Number 4- thereās are absolutely no amenities as listed. No laundry. No breakfast. The ābreakfastā is pb crackers which the owner gets mad if you take.
Number 5- long term & pet friendly hotel. Hope youāre good with seeing trash piled up all around the grounds. All you have to look at is the trashy areas & the hotel next door. Couldnāt figure out why that one was sold out but this one had 5 people. I figured it out QUICKLY.
Number 6- absolutely zero housekeeping & the rooms were filthy upon entry. You are denied a new room as well. The owner will use this against you ok your deposit. Hereās an example āif your room was so filthy why didnāt you ask for a new room?ā & when you say you did, reality is denied.
The man that owns this place is a crook.
