The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. However, there are major issues with services and utilities. First off, the shower did not have hot water available. We had to call maintenance twice for this (evening and next morning). Apparently, their boiler cannot supply all the rooms with hot water and it shuts down.
It is very hard to get ahold of the reception. We had to physically go there to request anything (including hot water for the shower).
Apparently, there is a valet service available to park your car. This was never communicated to me. At check-in, the reception staff insisted on having my phone number to send me directions to the lot. I had to ask them to show me the directions on their computer. The lot was full when I got there (15 min drive in traffic), and I had to wait for a spot to open. I found out from the other part of our group that their room was offered valet service, which was never mentioned to me.
The smart TV in the room could not load any streaming services.
Last, there is no place to park for 5-10 min at the hotel to check-in. I had to do this while my car was on the street, blocking traffic.
