My experience with Hotels.com was extremely disappointing. After being refused check-in at Extended Stay America on October 15, 2026, I spent hours on the phone trying to secure alternative accommodations. I was repeatedly disconnected and received very little assistance. Hotels.com redirected me to an OYO Hotel that appeared unsafe, poorly maintained, and practically abandoned. When I arrived, the hotel told me I had no reservation, despite the arrangements made through Hotels.com. After hours of frustration, I was left without a place to stay and ultimately had to sleep in my car overnight. No paying customer should have to experience this. To make matters worse, Hotels.com issued a refund and then charged me again for the same amount. This was the worst hotel booking experience I have ever had. I am requesting an explanation, correction of the duplicate billing, and fair compensation for the inconvenience, stress, and hardship I experienced. I am extremely disappointed with Hotels.com and its lack of customer support when I needed help most.

I didn't even get to check in my room. The establishment said it was closed as a motel when they finally called. They never came to the window. And now I am having trouble getting my refund. I will never used hotels.clm again. AND I NEED MY MONEY BACK!!!!

Looked like a slum lord apartment. This place was the dirtiest hotel ive ever been in. They require a 50 dollar deposit and other than burn it down i don't see how you could hurt t he room. If your staying in jackson on a budget find a few more dollars and stay domewhere else

The worst motel in the world!

Stop stop stop don’t even consider staying at this dump. This has been the worst motel I have ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at some dumps. Roach infested hookers drugs the whole 9 yards runaway. I have absolutely nothing good to say about this place look at the pictures.

Fraud

Hotel was sold last month and no longer exists. I could not check in. Door was locked and no one was there. I paid for a hotel room that is nonexistent. I want a refund on my credit card. It is fraudulent to collect money for nonexistent hotel rooms
