The staff are the stars of the show
Nanavida is a solid option in the heart of Roma Norte where (a lot of!) the action is. The staff are excellent and cannot do enough to help (e.g. asking without fail if we wanted a drink every time we stepped into the hotel). The generous check in and check out gifts to all guests are much appreciated, plus mezcal, non-alcoholic beverages and local snacks at no extra cost don't hurt either. Whilst the hotel does not offer breakfast as such, there is a coffee, milk and pastries section which guests can access anytime. Our room did have a couple of minor oddities (eg no bedside table or charging point + the (large) TV set at a curious viewing angle vis-a-vis the bed) and there was a glitch in our room on the first morning (which the staff addressed by offering a generous discount on the room rate for the first night), but those were more than adequately compensated by the quality of service.
I would definitely consider Nanavida for a repeat stay when I find myself in CDMX once again.
