Poor communication with the staff cause a great inconvenience for my family! G the night staff didn’t communicate with Adrianna the morning staff that we requested a one hour extension on our check out, which lead to a knock at the door at 11:03 and then a harassing phone call as if we were lying to address with us, then instead of acknowledging the confusion was a mistake on their part with poor communication from one shift to the other a lesson was being taught to me how I should do better with reporting to the morning staff when I want a late check out oppose to the night staff! This inconvenience which may seem small in the big picture but my family didn’t need to be addressed twice on the same issue when the poor communication was not something we were able to predict nor control!
