Poor communication. Sent inquiry multiple times about shuttle details, no respond. Left an item in the hotel room, called the hotel 3 hours after check out, they insist they would call back. Nothing. Called to followup once a day for the next 5 days, until they said they couldn’t find it. I submitted a survey complaining about the incident, they responded that they found my item within a few hours. Took them 2 weeks to send my item back, where i had to create a shipping label on my own. It took me over 3 weeks to get my item back, which I paid express shipping for.
The stay was fine, as long as you don’t need any customer service. And there aren’t any restaurants or shops in the area.
